Responsibilities:

• • Prepare federal and state income tax returns and communicate with tax authorities for the company and related DBAs’ tax issues.
• • Analyze tax returns to assist in financial and investment planning.
• • Analyze applicable general ledger activities, ensure that account reconciliations are performed timely.
• • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the U.S. financial statements and management reports.
• • Review and assess compliance to internal control framework and assist management to develop action plans.
• • Work with the management to improve initiatives within the G/L process area and across the organization.

Requirements:

• • Master’s degree in Accounting;
• • Familiar with ATX, RIA Checkpoint, CCH Research, and QuickBooks.
